Welcome to Joyce Painting & Building Services, serving Victoria since 1973. We have over 60 years combined experience in not only Painting & Decorating but also the Building Industry as a whole. Our business was originally founded by Peter and Carol Joyce more than 30 years ago. During the mid 80's their business became a major player in Construction work, mainly multi-story and maintained a painting staff of 25-30. They quickly became one of the leading house painters in Melbourne and surrounding areas.

In 1986 Grant Joyce was hired as an apprentice with Peter. Grant then spent the next 15 or so years being trained first hand in the Arts of Painting and Decorating, Business and Team Management packaged with good morals and the right ethics we were able to maintain a solid foundation of clients. This team was very successful, so much so that they formed the partnership Joyce Painting & Decorating Services; a business that’s had great success due to its vast referrals and repeat client base.

Our range of services includes all types of Painting, Building Renovations, Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations, Insurance work, Office Building Renovations and ongoing maintenance. Joyce Painting & Decorating Services is now known as Joyce Painting & Building Services as over the last eight or so years we have built a team with all of trades enabling our clients the advantage of dealing with one office.

Having worked in the industry for so long we are sensitive to the stresses that can be caused by having trades people in your home, office or school. We can provide all paint and building materials necessary including clean drop-sheets for furniture and floors, cotton sheets for curtains and delicates. In addition to this we always clean and vacuum before vacating the premises, it is also our policy to keep a safe working environment at all times. Grant Joyce is also Licensed to Test and Tag all types of electrical equipment.
